Reporting infringement
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to clear notices of alleged infringement.
What to include in a notice
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- The exact URL where the content appears
- Your contact information and a statement of good faith
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice providing the same identifying details and a good-faith statement.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe will be terminated in appropriate circumstances.
